Our Strength & Balance classes are designed for individuals who may be facing challenges with strength and mobility, feeling unsteady, or experiencing falls at home. You don't need to worry about getting up and down from the floor as exercises are seated or standing and can be adapted to your needs.

Our aim is to help you reduce the risk of falling and support you in staying steady on your feet. We proudly meet the ACC clinical assessment criteria for high-quality strength and balance classes, here is our quality tick of approval.

  • Participating in our Strength and Balance classes offers a wide range of benefits. These classes are specifically designed to enhance strength, improve balance, reduce the risk of falls, and promote overall well-being. Additionally, our sessions aim to help seniors move with ease, and ultimately support a healthy and more active lifestyle.

  • Classes are held at Olive Estate Lifestyle Village, in the Conference Rooms.

    Mondays

    Level 1 - 10:30-11:00am

    Level 2 - 11:10-11:40am

    Wednesdays

    Level 1 - 3:00-3:30pm
